When contacting me by e-mail please quote
1. The name of the bear
2. Your name and address
3. Wether you would like to pay by paypal or cheque
Please note I do prefer cheques wherever
possible due to high paypal fees.
I will then reserve the bear for you and send you an invoice or paypal invoice. Your bear will then be posted once payment has cleared. With a cheque this normally takes six days from receipt of payment.
International buyers may pay by paypal only

Guarantee
I want you to be happy with your bear, so if for any reason you are dissapointed, you may return your bear. Please contact me via e-mail first and return your bear within 14 days. It must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please be aware that I cannot refund postage. Once the bear has been received I will then arrange a refund.
